Team Lead:

The Street team should keep in mind that we want people to feel like they have to get out of their cars to truly enjoy our downtown area. This means the space is walkable, inviting, and creates an experience. Improvements to our downtown area will be the focus.

Team lead:

The Business support team should keep in mind that they will be the direct line of contact with the majority of our business leaders. There are several different types of businesses making up the economy in Princeton and their needs are going to be different.

Team lead:

The Public Arts team should keep in mind they are celebrating the cultural and social significance of our town. Local artists will be prioritized. This will lean into creating a destination of Princeton and making the space inviting.

Team lead:

The Events team is responsible for two major events. They are the point of contact for all events and are responsible for submitting all paperwork. These events create opportunities to support our area businesses by bringing foot traffic into the downtown area and offering vendor space for companies that function as home-based. These events are a way to create a unique experience here in town and celebrate our shared lives here.

Team lead:

The Greenspace team should keep in mind that they are working to create a destination of Princeton. Being mindful of how the new highway will affect our downtown and surrounding area. With the increase in traffic, laying the groundwork now is of importance. What are the Town’s current plans for the Parks and Rec master plan. Are there opportunities to create a seamless transition from our parks to the downtown area? What will our parks need?
